SPECIAL FEATURE
  A BASKET
Perforted cage of the basket is fabricated from S.S or M.S. sheets, allows free discharge of liquid. While the basket is running at a high speed if is dynamically balanced for vibration free running the basket can be lined by rubber or depending on the requirements by the customers.
  B. BODY
The outer body is made from M.S. plate with welded , construction with ring and top covers bolted to the body.For feeding discharging th materials, a small provided hinged door and for discharging giving bottom hole for freely flow.
  SUSPENSION
The machine is suspension on C.I. legs through spring loaded suspension rods to prevent oscillation and vibration. The machines is so designed that the tension over the machine can be adjusted to special requirements.
  BEARINGS
The bearing fixed in the bearing house and re fitted in the shafting made from EN-8 steel, greasing are provided for lubrication.
  DRIVE
1440 R.P.3 phase -440 volts. Electric motor is provided and the power is transmitted from motor to the basket by means of V- Belts.
  BRAKES
Mechanical hand brake with nspecial liners.
  SAFETY DEVICES
The power is cut off by the limit switch ( if the customers required)

  Basket - 1200 MM Diameter, 18 inch height 6 MM thick perforted Sheet fabricated with Basket dish and will run on 800 r. p.m. making – G force of 430 units Basket Capacity : 300 liters by volume.

Outer Case - Fuly automatic (powerpack) hydrolically operated with solonides With small cover having facility of two eye glass and spray system.

Suspension - 4 points suspension with 12 inch long solid filled spacer to increase the height of machine for easy operation 4 Anti Vibration suspension.

Main Base - 65 MM Plate for handling inertia force
